Add 10 drops to a diffuser effective in 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Mix 10 drops into Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and rub onto the chest.
Add 10 drops to 1/4 cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 3-5 drops into hot water for steam inhalation. Breathe deeply (not recommended for asthmatics).
Rub 2-3 drops to the bottom of the feet before bedtime.
