ESTABLISHED SINCE 1996
HOW IT BEGAN
Planet Health was founded in February 1996 in New South Wales, Australia by Mandy and Peter Harwood. Both directors shared a vision to create a natural health distribution company like no other.
With many years experience between them, the Planet Health Co-founders previously held several senior roles in the natural health industry in sales, marketing, international business development and management. The growth of Planet Health owes much to the business philosophy of the directors, and their passion rubs off on all employees - creating a workforce who love all things natural health, fitness, wellbeing and beauty!

THE PLANET HEALTH JOURNEY
1996
Planet Health was founded in February 1996 by Mandy and Peter Harwood, who shared a vision to create a natural health distribution company like no other. In the same year, Planet Health launch the fantastic Australian Bush Flower Essences. The organic Skincare, Bodycare and Flower Essences products are crafted to care for, love and respect the body.
1997
Peter’s brother Andrew Harwood, who is also in the natural health industry, joins Planet Health and brings along his passion for fitness and natural products. Andrew is now a Director and General Manager.
2000
Planet Health relocates from Sydney to the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, which is very much in keeping with the healthy lifestyle promoted by the business.
2004
The company is a Finalist in the Telstra Business Awards and expands with the purchase of the office and warehouse building next door.
2006 
Celebrations of Planet Health's hugely successful 10 years in business includes the launch of its own brand Qsilica!
2010
Planet Health successfully launches Fisiocrem in Australia. The soothing massage rub is now a dominant brand in the topical pain relief category. Qsilica launches in the UK and gains a range of premium retail outlets such as Selfridges, Revital, Whole Food Markets and suppliers to royalty John Bell & Croyden.
2011
The company have another exceptional year with the launch of the Qsilica range of natural skin care.
2012
The Qsilica REMOVE Makeup and Grime Cleansing Gel is awarded ‘Best Overall Skin Care Product’ and ‘Best Face Care Product’ at the 2012 FreeFrom Skincare Awards.
2013
Planet Health is delighted when the new Qsilica ONE-A-DAY Skin, Hair and Nails Formula is awarded Joint Winner at the UK’s Janey Loves 2013 Platinum Awards in the ‘Best Vitamin/Mineral Supplement’ category. Qsilica PRO COLLAGEN also launches in Australia to great interest from the health and beauty media.
2014
The Qsilica BEAUTY SLEEP Night Cream and Tablets are successfully launched. The range of targeted dual action products are well-received within the industry, with the Night Cream winning the coveted Nature & Health beauty award for Best Night Cream.
2016
Planet Health successfully launches BioKap - The most natural PPD free permanent hair colouring range available in Australia.
2017
VITUS Pure Wholefood Supplements are launched offering consumers premium pure plant based nutrition without additives or synthetic vitamins. 100% PURE & 100% VEGAN.
