An exciting opportunity exists for dynamic, proven sales professional to join our Sales Team in a role that offers excellent career opportunities and potential for the successful applicant. Reporting directly to one of our Directors, you will be responsible for driving and increasing sales in new and existing retail outlets, which include Health Food Stores, Pharmacies and other specialty stores, within metropolitan Sydney and very selected NSW regional areas. Our preference is for this role to function from 3 days per week, 8.30am – 5pm (between Monday and Friday). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Territory Sales Management by proactively adding value and increasing sales and product distribution for our existing customer base
  • New Business Development, proactively cold calling targeted customers within the territory
  • Key Account Management and develop selected NSW based Key Accounts
  • Successful sell in of new or non-ranged brands, products and promotions
  • Executing Sales & Marketing Strategies and directives across the Planet Health Brand Portfolio.
  • Brand Presence and Merchandising - fulfil merchandising expectations with a best in market focus on visual brand presence.
  • Education, Training & Brand Recommendation with focus on gaining product recommendation and support from retail staff 
  • Team Player working closely with our Internal Sales/Customer Service Team, National Sales Team and other key stakeholders

In addition to your skillset and experience, you will display the following:

  • A "can do" positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation
  • A proven ability to add value and build customer relationships and sales
  • Previous success within business development, customer service or internal sales roles
  • The ability to work autonomously, exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • A strong personal interest, knowledge and/or experience in the natural health, wellness & beauty industry
  • An alignment and understanding of the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle
  • Motivation to achieve team and individual goals

Naturopathy/Natural Health related tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
