About the Role

As Accounts & Inventory Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Accounts Receivable – receipting payments, debtor management, processing & approving new customer accounts.
• Accounts Payable – processing supplier purchase orders and invoices, bank reconciliations.
• Inventory Control – ordering stock, receiving goods, maintaining product set ups
• Admin Support – monthly product, sales & finance reporting

About You

You’re a self-starter who’s great with numbers, loves organising tasks, and enjoys a busy role.

• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• A Team player who likes to make a difference
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate+ Excel and IT skills
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably
• A personal passion for natural health, beauty, or a plant-based lifestyle
